Make an LED Wristband with Maker Grace Kim.

Create your very own light-up LED wristband. Combining elements from electronics and fashion, you'll learn how to integrate electronics with fabric and you'll leave with a very stylish, wearable item to show off your new skills! You'll gain a good understanding of how to adapt common electronic components for use in soft circuitry, as well as how to work with conductive thread and conductive fabric to create your very own wearable pieces.

The $10 charge for this workshop covers materials. You will still need to purchase museum admission. Admission to the museum is always free for members of The Tech. Registered Young Makers get free museum admission for Open Make days.
